No information about my passport

I have applied for passport renewal at 18 august in thirunelveli passport office which is under madurai pasport office control in tamil nadu

i have attended the police enquiry in vallioor immediately after 15 days of applying passport

but till now (18 oct) i e the message that "police enquiry has not been recieved"
