Not reciept of passport

Sir,

I would like to inform u that i have applied a fresh passport at faridabad head post office in april. everything is complete from your side. I have check the status of my passport Yogender Kumar (DLHW 417754). This is dispatched from your side on 7th oct. But till now i did not get my passport. So i request u that please send my passport as soon as possible.
