Not received the passport

My name is Diga Shree I was applying for the passport 3 months ago. There was two application form My and My daughter. I have the only one paasport above two months I still not received the second application from passport with name of Riya her passport code is Z037534.

Sir/Madam please do the need full with my problem its very urgent
