There is a spelling mistake in my name

Dear Sir,

My name is GURRAPU GEETHANJALI but its return in passport has GURRAPU GEETANJALI, 'H' is missing in my name. Its creating a problem for me. Recently i applied for Pan Card there are rejected this. So i thought to change my name. Can u tell me the procedure of changing my name.
