this is to inform you that I have submit my application for passport dated 15/04/08 my file reference no, is jpr w 100077 2008 but till today I have not received my passport when I see status of our application continiousaly showing this massage is as under.
FURNISH 2 PERSONAL PARTICULARS FORMS. DULY COMPLETED, INDICATING THE CORRECT PRESENT RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS
but I have allready submitted 2 personal particulars forms dully completed inicating the correct present residential address.
I request in your good self that kindly do the needfull and provide to us passport as soon as possible
