Passport not received till date

Dear Sir

I'm Pankaj Sharma S/o Sh. Surender Sharma, resident of Gurgaon. I had applied for passport last year in april and cleared the polise enquiry in sept itself but did not get my passport till date. On enquiry at Delhi passport office, they told me that your application either not sent from your District passport office or the application no. is wrong. Then i enquiried at my Local dostrict passport office that is in Gurgaon and they told me that your application has beensent to delhi office on 30-10.

Now i have no idea what to do or whom i approach to get my passport, even i sent mail to delhi passport off. mail id (for registering complaint) but did not get any reply from there. Kindly do the need full.
