This is Avadhesh P S Sengar sir I have applied to my passport before 8 months (My passport File Reference No is LKO Z180036 applied in 2008) but till now I am unable to get my passport or when I enquired status on your website then it always shows that Police Report Has Not Been Received but it has been send from my local police station Bakewar-Etawah to Regional passport office Lucknow (U P) sir there are so many times I have forward my complain to regional passport officer Lucknow (Shri Zahur H Zaidi) But I am unable to get any positive response from there till now. Sir so I am kindly requesting you to take any required action against it as soon as possible. Sir I am requesting you again and again to help me because I need my passport urgent. Sir please helps me I am waiting for your response.
