Passport not recieved since a yea

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Arpita Bhattacharya and I am greatly in need of not just solace in form of quick service but also a positive response. I have applied for my mother's passport a year back from kolkata and have been running since sometimes to sahebganj (mother's birth place for some PP stage crap) and Kolkata passport office where people sit wit grim faces just to say"no its not come" or " its not here " without even makin an effort of searching. The passport office in Kolkata is the worst I repeat THE WORST tat i have come across. Kindly do something to bring them out of their sleep. I applied for the passport in September n its more than a year and they are not informing us on any advancements even. The file number is: A 06931008.Kindly solve my problem asap as my hopes rest on you.
