Changed of father name

My name is Narendra Natverbhai Bari, My file No. is b009766.In my Birth Certificate, my father name is Natubhai Thakorbhai Bari and in all other documents i.e Ration Card, Election Voting card, School Leaving Certificate etc. my father name is Natverbhai Thakorbhai Bari and als my Agent filled the form as Narendra Natubhai Bari.iSo passport officer given me a clarification of father name. So i have submitted a clarification as Natubhai and Natverbhai, Both are same person. I have also submitted residnent proof as well. But He cannot accepted that clarification and told me that make new one file. I have also completed a police inquiry as well. Only father name to be changed.

I cant do that again, cant make new file. Ihave no time as well as money for make new file.

Plaeas changed my father name in application form and competed my passport status. I AM AWAITING FOR MY PASSPORT.I will be very thankfull to do my passport.
