I like to vent my unsolicited grievance on activity of a premier organization of Govt Of India as the RPO, BBSR office is not issuing me the passport even after compliance of their long pending requirements.
I have the honour in seeking your valued intervention as it seems that the authorities are yet to wake up from their slumber
I am a student seeking passport since my application and have run to the RPO, BBSR time and again. Running from desk to table and compliance have paid me futile My status till date shows that there is requirement of residential proof.
As on residential proof I like to cite the requirement letter of RPO BBSR that the hon’ble office had intimated me vide letter dated 17.06.09 to submit the residential proof and the letter was posted on 14.07.09 by EMS & was received by me on 18.07.09. I like to keep the system awake that the letter was posted almost one month after its day of signing and the EMS receipt stands as supporting evidence.
Following the call, I have submitted copy of residential certificate issued by The Tahasildar, Balasore, Orissa, & copies of bank account passbook.
The acknowledgement is duly received by me.
I look at the status of my passport since then & exclaim to read the requirement wanting as before. Following it, I have mailed the reminder complaint & I am yet to receive the reply.
I am aggrieved to note the shocking status of the system that carefully ignores the passport issuance of a genuine applicant.
I look forward to your valued intervention and request you to ensure that the passport is issued within seven days of receipt of this mail
