Delay in process

Hi,

My wife had applied for the passport in Jaipur passport office on 16-01 but still she has not received the passport. Once when we enquired we got the information that all the enquiries are completed and they are going to dispatch one month back. But now they are saying some enquires are still pending. Its now more then 1 year and still they have not finished with their enquiries. No one responding on phone helpline.

Please help us.
