Passport not received

Sir/Madam,

I had applied for passport on 25/03 .I had cleared the police verification on October itself. But still I didn't receive my passport. I contacted the passport office many times through mail and phone. They are not responding.

I need passport urgently for my career. So i request you to do the necessary steps to get my passport as soon as possible.
