Passport not received

Hi,

I am waiting for my passport since 8 months. Mira road police station asked me to bring all the paper work. I gave them all the paper work they need after waiting for 2months after submitting these paper work i went to Mira road police station to check the status of my passport no one was willing to work with me. They behaved as I am criminal and one of the police officer even started shouting on me. I am fed up of this procedure of getting passport and I regret we have such bad people in police dept who are not at all willing to work. When I asked his name he denied saying why u need to know my name? Kindly help me please and suggest me something to get my Passport.
