Passport not yet received

Hi,

I am engg graduate, waiting for my passport... i applied on march police enquiry was finished by April 08... but still didn't receive my passport... i have been lost my job opportunities due to this delay..

my file no: MDUA0168608

Important thing is that i couldn't enter my file no in specified column of Govt website..its not allowing more than 7 character..i don't know my status too
