I am really distressed to say this..."Aircel is the Fraud Company"... i had a real tough time with Aircel but not with other service providers... I would like to share my bitter experience with AIRCEL...
I purchased the 2 SIM cards "Neeyum Nanum offer" prepaid connection... within a month time..my line got disconnected because proof doesn't match... then i was asked to meet the aircel customer care centre to submit the Address proof again... i put leave to my office and submitted the proof... this happend 4 months before... again now... my line got disconnected without any intimatation...(yesterday only i recharged for Rs. 300)... i have given the number to some of my important top officials... this really made me more frustruation...
Now again i was asked to submit the proof... this is going to be the third time... i don't what the hell the Customer service they are giving... i called up the customer service... almost 20 mins... i was kept hold and disconnected the call...
Now what to do... i went to the wrong service providers... AIRCEL is really a pathetic service provider... i dunno what to do now... i am in coimbatore... i dunno what to do...
I need to submit thhe case against... AIRCELL... PLS NEVER GO WITH AIRCEL..
