Passport Delay
Passport not yet received even in 8 months

Dear Sir,

I am Priyanka Gupta applied for the Passport in Jamshedpur Post Office, Jharkhand with the file Reference No: JSRW11036908

The Police verification and CID verification has already been done in 17th Nov'2008 & 22nd Jan'2009 respectively, but I have not received my passport yet.

Since no passport office is there in my city, how can i know the exact status where my application is?

Sir, Please help me out to know the status of my application, and reasons for not releasing my Passport.
