Non delivery of Passport

Dear Sir,

I applied for the reissue of passport on 13 April. Police verification report has been cleared and passed on to the passport office on 14May. Internet is showing status: passport is ready on 25May and will be dispatched on the very next day. I havent recvd it yet and when i visited RPO she said your passport is not ready ..even they people are not able to locate the file. They have misplaced the file.

Don'tknow whom to contact. They people are not helping.
