Passport delaying

Dear Sir/madam

I lives in Netherlands. i have applied my parents passport in November from President travels, Dehradun.

My father's name is Mr. Dileep Singh Rawat nd the file number is G000574. My mother's name is Mrs. kusum Rawat nd the file number is G000575.

We had planned to call them this year in june. But unfortunately they didnt got their passport. I have submitted all required documents in novembet itself. And now its really urgent to have them netherlands coz i am expecting in October. I cant fly to India due to my condition.

So i wud request you to take this case in upmoast urgent and please favour me to provide their passport asap, so that they can come here. We have asked that travel agency so many time and everytime they informed us as its delaying form bareilly. I still wondering why you have hold that coz i personely submitted all needed documents and still didnt got any inquery or any kind of mail from you regarding same.

so please do my this favour to provide passport asap.
