Espected sir, (regional passport officer, hyderabad)

my name is md mukarram uddin s/o md fareed uddin ref file no. m020379 submitted my passport application on august 04. but till now i.e 14 october there is no enquiry been took place when i contacted the authority regarding my passport status they are giving no response and telling that they have not recieved any form for enquiry, so i request the concerned authority to please takequick action regarding my complaint.
