Iam an NRI residing in Dubai. My brother's name is Mr. Srivatsan Ramachandran who has applied for his passport on 5 FEBRUARY with ref. no: B000823. The process of police verification is finished on 25 FEBRUARY. The status shown in your online page is

" 2 nd IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE DESPATCHED "

There are two reasons i.e., your information on online is FAKE or the despatch department has not done their duty.

We are wondering why it takes such a long period to despatch it to the concerned person. It had been 66 days and yet we have not received the passport. His vacation will be over at the time he receives his passport, we suppose.

We are feeling bad on such a delayed passport system in my home town. This is request to all the officers and authorities concerned to the object of this complaint. Please despatch the passport as soon as possible. And also please enter only true and fair information on your online system.

Awaiting for a call from our native that my brother has received his passport.
