I Lakshmi Srinivasa Rao Inumarthy M.Com., W/o Srinivasa Rao beg to inform you that I sent new passport application No.901498 to Visakhapatnam passport office on 2nd Octoberby speed post from head post office, parvathipuram, vizinagarma (dist), along with required documents. Till to date i am not received any any acknowledge ment.
