Dear Sir,
I am writing on behalf on Jyoti Khanna.
She had submitted her Passport application on 09/03. This application was rejected with following reason mentioned in the Bareilly Passport Status website:
Passport File Reference Number - BLY-A010115-09
"Furnish a fresh application from with all columns filled up and all declaration signed. "
A fresh passport application was filled and was again submitted on 10/07 and it was confirmed to us that the file number would remain the same.
It is with great regret I would like to inform that still the status on the website remains the same.

Now it is 3 months that we had applied the fresh application we dont even know what is the actual status of the passport and the staff on the Bareilly Passport office keep on saying the same thing always that it is getting processed but the status on the website is never updated.
Can you please help us in knowing the actual status of the passport.
