Dear Sir,
I have applied for the new passport for myself and my son (minor) and submitted the applications for same on 25th May at Delhi Passport office. The details of both the applications are as under:
1) Priyanka Tiwari, DOB: 19 Jan, 1983; File number H01288109.
2) Harshiv Tiwari (Minor, my son), DOB: 09 September; File number B00147309.
The SMS status as well as internet status for my passport are showing as blank from last one month. However for my son's status is showing "Application is pending for the want of police report".
However, the Police verification has already been done for both the aforesaid passport applications. I have also checked this issue with police station before writing this email, they gave me some reference number and asked me to check with Mini Secretariat, Gurgaon.
I enquired this from Mini Secretariat, Gurgaon; they have sent both applications to Passport Office, Delhi. The details of the Dispatch are as follows:
1) Dispatch Number for Priyanka Tiwari: 10439.
2) Dispatch Number for Harshiv Tiwari: 12038.
Now I am required to go abroad for some official purpose on 11 september from my office side. I am bit confused regarding the passport status. As I have already applied for the new passport three months back and i do not think that it would be wiser decision to apply for new passport again under the tatkal scheme.
In view of above, I request you to help me out in getting the correct status of the above mentioned passports as it has already been almost 3 months since I have submitted both the applications. I am constantly trying tele enquiry numbers (26160687, 26174118) given on website but nobody is picking up.
I am looking forward for your help regarding above issues and also request for the issuance of above Passports as soon as possible so that I can attend my official meeting in coming September.
