Non Issuance of Passport

Hi,

I applied for a new passport on 01/06. Now when all the enquiries and formalities are done. Last month in March when I personally went to the Passport Office and inquired about the status I got to know that the document reached in the Passport office on February 22.

Yet the passport has not been despatched. What to say of the delivery of the passport, even the Status has not been changed in the website.

Please do the needful.
