Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am Sreenivasulu Adapa and I am writing to complain about the delayed delivery of my passport whose file reference number is HYD-Z400336-11. I applied for the passport at Kurnool on 8th February. The police enquiry has been completed, but i did not revceive my passport since then. The online status shows that the delivery will be done in a week's time, however the status has been the same since April' 2011.
I work for M/S BHEL - GE Gas Turbine Services and I require my passport for a business related travel that is planned in June. In this regard I desperately need my passport before proceeding any further.
I request you to treat my compliant as urgent and solve it as soon as it can be. Thank you in advance for the support.
