Passport not received

I had applied for the passport of my 2 yr old Son on 10th of May'08 in Delhi. File reference number is Z033803. Its been alomost 2 and a half months we have still not received.

Police verification was also done long back and is clear. Their website shows the same status since long " Police Report is clear. Application is under process"

Pls suggest what can be done...
