with due respect, i would like to inform you that My name is

Shailesh Kumar Gupta. I had applied for passport in 5th Jan.

The application No. is A000729 but I Can’t receive my passport till date even that four times verification of my home address and my collage address it's ok but still now I can’t understand the status of my passport. I had already summated PP forms in passport office but I had faced many problems since last two year. In Passport Office nobody can hear and understand my problem.

I try to consult with PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER but every time I had meet new officer and they are not ready to listen & helping me and talk of way very harassment.

Please understand my problem and resolve at your end as soon as possible because it is very important for my career opportunity.
