Passport not received

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I have submitted the passort File for my sister DEEPIKA MISHRA under Reference Number: DLH-H003901-07, on Application Date : 08-03. Its been more than 21 months she has not received the passport.

There website is also not giving correct information. It says ;

STATUS :

You are requested to furnish the required information within 15 days, if you

Furnish attested copy of Marriage Certificate issued by competent authority.

Again, this is to inform you that she is a student and not married so far.

I am sick and tired and looking for immidiate resolution.
