Passport Dispatch Address Incorrect

My self Ankur Gupta, have applied for the passport on Dated 25th May (file reference number GZB-A028406-09).

As per the dispatch status which I have received over internet is your passport is being dispatched on 30th July vide Postal Registration number F006197.

But I didn’t received the same, when I enquired about the same through postal office I came to know that the address written on envelop through which my passport has been dispatched is not correct, I would like to mention that the address which I have applied for is

Ankur Gupta

Flat No: B-605, PMO Apartment, Plot No C - 58/20, Sector - 62, Noida [201301].

And the same has been written over my passport application form also.

Then why this passport has not been delivered
