AIRCEL FRAUD WITH CUSTOMERS

DEAR ALL

I vishal mehra, took two AIRCEL connections about 3 mnths back i was WRONGLY COMMITTED by the company's executive.

I was begin given connection on following terms.

1.Zero Rental Plan

2. 0.30 Paisa call

3. WIll not get any bill if no call made.

4. 50 Paisa SMS

BUT now i m getting bills like anything, i have not even opened the seal of the connectiona nd i have got the Bill of 170 Rs and agiain next month 400 rs.

I tried calling AIRCEL number but either its not reachable or they dont give any response.(they only give respose when they want to recover the amount)

anohter bill is rechred @1.20 paisa per min Rate.

I am very frustrated with AIRCEL and the Customer care. I dont have any other Choice so i thought to register a complaint againt them.

Kindly do the needful, if it anything can be done would be a great help.
