I am a student of Life Sciences and more a victim of your cruel system. Your system has devasted my career. I have missed the chance to pursue my Phd abroad. I have applied for fresh passport from District Passport Collection Office Hoshiarpur under File No. JALZ80672508 on 16-07-08 and promising date of delivery was 14-10-08 but it has not been delivered upto this time. On enquiring at district office I came to know that Police report had been sent to Jalandhar since 2-09-08 under file no 425/PC. I am tired of visiting Passport Office Jalandhar yielding no results. Your system is killing the students. What can a poor helpless student do? Who is to blame, bureaucracy or my lack of any approach? It is a humble request to make immediate delivery of my passport.
