Passport not received

I am an NRI, living in UAE ABU DHABI.Iwant to bring my mother at Abu Dhabi.

I have submitted my mother passport application form at Patna passport office on dated 22 april. The detail is

Date of applicatio 22-04 Application no A045961 Applicant Name Sankeshra Devi. Till today police verification has not reached at Arrah (bhojpur) SP office. I have contacted number of times at patna Passport office and Arrah SP office. But nothing has been done so far.
