Passport Still Not Received

Dear Sir,

I have applied for passport in Pune office on 21-Aug (File No - P032387). Subsequently I have cleared the police inquiry and report has been already received to passport department (on 14-Oct-08). As per the current status of the passport, the passport was supposed to be delivered on 05-Nov. However suddenly I am surprised to see that it is delayed without any reason. My passport is very urgent as my husband is in Italy. I was supposed to travel with him. But due to the delays in passport delivery I couldn’t travel. My husband's company has already submitted the letter (Ref. HAIL-PASS-043) to the Superintendent on 17-Oct-08 mentioning the urgency for the passport. However, it seems that till now there is no action on it from the passport department.

Please look into this matter and arrange to deliver the passport in time so that I can join my husband in Italy as soon as possible.
