We have applied for passport on 22-05 from pune passport office for
which the verification is also carried out long back, still we have not
received our passport the status showing in progress only from last more than 2 months.
If i call to pune passport office, no one receives the call. If we go to possport office, every one neglects us as they are there for our service. AS we are working, its not possible to go daily and request for the same. Because of these things, we are loosing the faith from government officers. And this is my 6th or 7th mail to the passport office.
Authorities are not taking any responsibility for delay can you please also
take action against this because when we apply for passport it said that it
should not take more then 2 months to receive.
