Passport Renewal on Tatkal

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Son has applied for passport on 20th March. Went for police verification on 23rd March. It has been a months since and still haven't received the passport even though it is Takal. The status shown on the passport website is "Police report has not been recieved".

The File Reference Number: BOM-Z962290-09.Application Date : 23-03

I tried to call the PRO dept at passport office, but the phone just keeps Ringing.

Let me know or actually suggest a way to get the passport urgently, even though we have requested for Tatkal Service.
