The new system for applying the passport is really worst. Forget about applying, just to get an appointment is a biggest challenge. I really don't know why they have changed the rule.By making this new rule they have categorized the people in bangalore. I mean how can a person apply online, if he/she doesn't know how to use internet. I am sure if u do the survey about the new rule, more than 90% will say its worst seva.
Old system was really good!!! I think this new system is made for the brokers only who charges huge amount of money to get an appointment... Believe me common man is not getting any advantages of this new system. Its really a worst seva...!! Please change it...!!
