My wife has submitted my daughter's passport application on 28th feb at Guntur. File reference Nbr: Z503376, Key Nbr: 9050337608. Police verification is done on 18th march.
In April middle the passport status was showing as "it will be dispatched by 2nd May" Later it was changed as below.

STATUS :
It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time.
It has been 4 weeks after this. Today may 14th, till now no update, everytime we enquire at the passport office they say " it wil come in next 10 days". We have already booked the ticktes also in June 1st week. We have to go for stamping also...
Kindly let me know when I will get my kids passport. Other details enclosed below.
