Increasing population of stray dogs

Dear Sir/Madam

I'm one of the resident of U&V block.

I'm worried about the increasing population of stray dogs here. In the night its worse for all those who work late night, they can easily bite. Our streets are full of dogs. They defecate all over the street. In the evening they make noise.

Please sterile all the dogs here so the increasing population can be stopped.
