This is to file a complaint against the gas agency of M/s Patiala Gas, service, Raj Baha Road, Patiala for non delivery of gas cyclinder and late booking of cyclinders at the said city.
Sir i booked the cyclinder of connection No.2016 on 16/1 vide no 348 or 349, which was given on telephone. Till date I have not received the refil inspite of repeated telephone calls, whereas consumers who booked after me were given the refils. On my complaint Manager told that "tell me the names who have been given the cylinders". This needs to be investigated by your officers.
1.Kindly direct the agency to deliever the cylinder.
2.Delay period of delivery may be counted within the period of 20 days for the booking of next refil to curb the mal practice.
