Worst service and inconvinience

Hi my name is kumar, 20 days back i converted my prepid connection to postpaid connection.

one of customer care executive from Alpha Telecom (dombivali mumbai) came to collect my documents, at that time i payed 300Rs security deposit. after they verify my details and make a confirmation call to me u r verification is clear we will handle u r new sim at u r office address, later

suddenly my prpaid connection is dis connected, no one can approach me with new sim card, i called to vadafone customar care executives several time, they simply tell ask them sorry for my inconvience.

i called up with the executive number 10 times, he can do one thing simply lift the call and did'nt speak. its looking like a fuck of customer.

after i called to vadafone customer care, they sent sim card to my address by courier, my sim is not activated. i called to them, they told sorry sir u have to go my office and sumbit u r documents.

Vadfone service is not better than "hutch".

still now i didnt have network.

Its my worst experience.

Hi guys care about these type of sistuations happend in vadafone.
