Not able to get a new Gas connection

Sir

This is for a new Indane Gas connection in East tambaram applied to Pattammal Agency in Mudichur, West Tambaram. I had got the letter from Pattammal Gas Agency asking for submitting the required documents and get the new connection.

Inspite of taking all the required documents, the customer service personnel has been making us come to office for more than 3 times now and always giving some reason or other and are NOT able to provide a new connection inspite of having all the required documents mentioned by them

This is the worst customer service and customer response I have ever seen. There are so many other customers who are facing lot of issues and not able to do anything here. This needs immediate attention of required authorities.
