Cylinder booking

Respected Sir/Madam,

I would like to inform you that, Pattammal gas agency employees aren’t

doing their job perfectly. Whenever we called to book our cylinder,

All phone lines (They have 4 numbers) are always says "Busy, please try

After some time". I have tired to book my new cylinder.

Also they are taking more than 15 days to deliver cylinder to home.

Whenever they book the cylinder, they always said it takes more than 15 days.

Other agency called "Saravana Gas Agency in Perungalathur" delivered cylinder

Within 3 to 4 days. Why Pattammal Gas Agency (Mudichur Road, West Tambaram, Chennai-45) takes more than 15 days. They didn't give proper explanation about this.

Please take this complaint and do the needful.
