I BOOKED FOR GAS CYLINDER AFTER TENDATIVE 21 DAYS OF CAP ON 27TH DEC. THEY TOLD ME THE CYLINDER WILL BE DELEVERD IN 6 DAYS TIME. ON NOT RECEIVING THE SUPPLY EVEN AFTER 10 DAYS I APPROACHED THE STAFF AT WEST TAMBARAM OFFICE. SHE PROMISED ME TO GET IT DELIVER THE NEXT THE DAY. EVEN AFTER 5 DAYS CYLINDER NOT REACHED. AGAIN I GONE TO WEST TAMBARAM OFFICE AND THE STAFF THERE SAID THE SAME THING AND NOTE DOWN MY CONSUMER NO AND ADDRESS. BUT THIS TIME SHE TELL ME TO CONTACT DELEVERY BOY. HE TOLD ME THAT NO CYLINDER IS PENDING TO DELI VER. AGAIN I COME BACK TO OFFICE. THIS TIME SHE TOLD THAT THE BOOKING HAS BEEN CANCELLED AUTOMATICALLY. SHE GIVE NO REASON FOR THAT INSTEAD DIRECTED ME TO MANAGER. MANAGER IN TURN TO OWNER. STILL DATE NO CYLINDER FOR ME SO I DECIDED TO COMPLAINT TO AREA MANAGER OF IOC BUT THE NUMBER OF COMPLAINT OFFICE 1800 2333555 IS A TOLLFREE GIVEN IN IOC WEBSITE BUT NOT ATTENDED AT ALL. I AM TIRED OF DIALLING THIS NUMBER.

WHILE I CAME TO THE WEST TAMBARAM OFFICE, I NOTICE THAT THE STAFF RESPONSIBLE TO BOOK IS SITTING INFRONT OF RINGING TELEPHONES WITHOUT ATTENDING ANY BUT CHATTING THEMSELVES. IF IT IS THE WAY PATTAMMAL IS FUNCTIONING AND IOC IS MONITERING ONLY THE GOD SHOULD COME AND COOK FOOD FOR US.
