Deley of p.c.c

I applied for pcc on 17/07/08 at jallandhar office, my file no. is jal-b007615 Still i am not received pcc.

But p.c.c status shows that it has been dispatched from passport at 24-04 but i have n't got it so where is my p.c.c. now almost fourteen days have gone from its dispatching date, what can i do for my p.c.c n passport plz help me with precious advise, i will be very thankful of you if u will reply me quickly
