I had purchased a ‘Mangal Sutra’ from a so called VERY prestigious showroom for my daughter-in-law. After around a week, a part of the ‘Mangal Sutra’ detached and one ‘Mangal Sutra’ became two MANGAL SUTRAs. LUCKILY, this process happened inside our house and we were able to trace both the MANGAL SUTRAs.
I took the same two pieces of MANGAL SUTRAs to this VERY prestigious showroom. On reaching the showroom Ms. Neha approached me and on hearing my complaint rushed to Mr. Sanjay. He showed me his salesmanship and then sent the two MANGAL SUTRAs to his repair shop.
After about 150 minutes of endless wait, the repaired MANGAL SUTRA reached my hands. When I again requested Mr. Sanjay to inspect it properly so that the same problem does not arise, he reluctantly started checking it with magnifying glass. To my utter disbelief, he declared that the repairing work done was not proper. He sent it back again for repair after scolding the repair man. After 30 minutes of wait, he delivered me the repaired MANGAL SUTRA and assured me that this problem will NEVER be repeated.
After about 96 hours, the same MANGAL SUTRA dramatically dropped straight from my daughter-in-laws’s neck to the floor. Again second time LUCK was on our side. The MANGAL SUTRA dropped in our home and not outside. This time it had detached from the other side. Again I went to this VERY prestigious showroom to have it repaired. Again they assured me that this problem will NEVER be repeated.
Now again the same thing has happened. This time the Mangal Sutra broke into 2 pieces and dropped on the busy road.
My repeated requests to the showroom have fallen on deaf ears. A registered post complaint letter was also sent to them. Till date they have not cared to reply to the letter.
