Dear Sir,
I have a pension a/c in SBI i.e. 10453804988. It was opened at Kanwar Nagar, Jaipur. Due to shifting from Jaippur to Sri Ganganagar, the a/c was transferred at B/o Ravinder Path, Sri Ganganagar. I visited thrice in the branch office to submit the Live Certificate. Two times I was returned back by hall incharge for Passbook. Once he told that you report to Madam (who is looking after the pension a/c), Second time he told to produce Passbook. I requested him that sir you can match my photograph with computer. Then he told ok come tomorrow.
Third time I went and deposited my Live Certificate to B/o Ravinder Path, Sri Ganganagar. But pension for the month of December is not credited in my account.
Therefore you are requested to look into the matter and do the needful.
