I subscribed to Pentacle Services annual membership after persistent calls from their tele-callers promising 24-hour service for any electrical, plumbing, carpenter or AC service problems to be attented by trained techincians.
However my biggest problem is reaching their helpline numbers. No matter when I try they are always busy and I am never able to get through.
So far I have managed to get just 1 service and that too after trying their phone helpline 30-40 times and finally sending them an email asking for refund and informing them that I would not hesitate to lodge an FIR against them.
Today is 02-May-09 (Sat) and since morning I have dialled both their helpline numbers at-least 40 times but they are either busy or hit the Airtel voicemail. I urgently need some service but I just cannot reach their helpline.
I would like to get a complete refund of my membership or else join some group of other frusturated customers and lodge a case of cheating and denial of promised services in the consumer court. How can any organization take money from customers in advance and then fool them like this. They must be taught a lesson.
