Pentacle Service is a fraud company created to dupe gullible customers. This company which is based in Gautam Nagar, New Delhi, but has not given its office address on the website - http://www.pentacleservices.com, and claims to offer prompt services relating to electrical, plumbing, carpentary, computer maintenance work at the customer's door step.
They take an annual subscription fee (Rs 799) and then they vanish. Despite making numerous telephone calls on the helpline numbers that they had given (47622999, 9999600675, 9910268677), and writing email to their customer support id [email protected], they don't respond.

I paid them an annual subscription fee of Rs 799 in the last week of November but they did not render any services despite calling them and writing mails numerous times.
To get the people to sign up and pay for their annual subscription, they even go to the extent of giving fake numbers of satisfied customers. It seems that they give numbers of their own people who will act as the satisfied customers and give good reference of the services. At the time of selling the services they even guaranteed money back in case the customer is not happy with the first service.
Someone called Neeraj is the owner of the company but he is untracable. A girl called Shruti is the one who makes sales calls from 9910268677. She make false promises about refunding the money if customer is dissatisfied and extending the best of the services. From the time I registered my complaint she has even stopped picking my calls.

It will be pertinent to note that these are the internet savvy users who have been able to post their complaint online but then there will be hundreds more who may not have had the opportunity to post their complaint to a public forum.
Had given sufficeint time and opportunity to respond and plug issues but they decided to keep mum. I have already filed a police complaint with DCP South and waiting for their response.
