In Mexico City people from all around the Mexico comes to Basilica de Guadalupe they use the streets and the door of the houses as a toilette that means that defecated and orinated almost 99% are women the police take care them and let that thay did the things I am telling you the government's policy of save water is no equitative because they don't send people to clean all the mess and keep clean the streets so we must to spent our water that we must to use for our consume for clean all the shit that this people let to avoid infections, etc. besides the street sweeper does not do his work because for along time this men never does his work if we does not give him money and we must do his work we are in August I do not want to think what is going on December this things happen particularly on Azcapotzalco and Gustavo A. Madero and none person does something I do hope something heard my voice and help us
