In Silchar, Assam the shopkeepers are forcing us, the consumers of soft drinks like pepsi and cocacola products to pay Rs.1-2 extra as freezing charge. They are even issuing bill for overcharging and are saying in open that company has allowed us to charge the freezing charge.
